Sales Executive
Hiring: IT Sales Executive in (remote but they have an office in Houston, TX and that is the location they prefer the candidate to sit).
We are recruiting on behalf of an established, fast-growing IT services company making its first U.S.-based sales hire—and this is your chance to lead their expansion.
With a strong presence across LATAM, this software development powerhouse specializes in dedicated teams, agile teams, and generative AI solutions. They’re growing 30% YoY, with 50-60% of revenue already coming from U.S. clients. Last year, their MX-based sales team generated nearly $9M in revenue—now they’re looking for a rockstar sales leader to take the U.S. market by storm.
Experience Needed:
5-7 years of experience in IT services sales
Must have worked at a similar IT services company with average deal sizes of $100K (not just product-based companies)
Consistently hitting a quota of $1 Mil +
Experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo for outreach
Strong network of connections with technology decision-makers preferred (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of Product, and Product Managers)
Cultural fit and positive attitude of huge importance
The Position
Expected to sell both staffing and custom software development services, with focus on custom solutions
First year sales target of $1.5 million
Can travel to visit potential clients and attend US tech events
Primary focus for first 6-8 months is on SMBs with $10-50 million in annual revenue
Secondary targets will be startups and enterprise clients
Expected to leverage existing connections and network with technology decision-makers. Key decision makers include CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of Product, and Product Managers
Compensation:
$100K-$150K base, $300K OTE + benefits
