Outside Sales Representative
Hiring: Outside Sales Representative - Seattle, WA
*Seattle-based office | Onsite 3–5 days/week during onboarding
Our employer client is a privately held engineering company that's been around for over 25 years; they are one of the leaders in 3D testing and measurement technology.
They are looking for their next employee to join their team.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll manage a blend of existing clients, expand within large enterprise accounts, and build new relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, lead technical demos, guide proposals, and support product implementation.
They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of technical sales experience (hardware and software), preferably someone confident selling to engineers and technical decision-makers.
Highlights:
Base Salary: $80K–$120K (flexible DOE) + commission
Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months
Profit sharing
401(k) with 3% employer contribution (fully vested)

Travel ~50–60% for demos, client visits, and industry events
