Design Sales Consultant
Are you a cabinet sales pro who thrives in a face-to-face, design-focused environment? We’re seeking a Cabinet Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team at their beautiful showroom on the east side. This is an on-site role—perfect for someone who enjoys building client relationships in person, showcasing design expertise, and closing high-value sales.
We are hiring for numerous locations in Seattle, Idaho and Portland!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and consult with walk-in clients and scheduled appointments in the showroom.
- Offer expert guidance on custom cabinetry products, finishes, and layouts.
- Create and present personalized design solutions using software like 20/20 or AutoCAD.
- Estimate project costs and assist clients from concept through completion.
- Help grow the client base through excellent service, product knowledge, and strong follow-up.
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of cabinet sales experience (custom or semi-custom experience preferred).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, 20/20, or similar design software.
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
- A polished, professional demeanor with attention to design and detail.
- Must be comfortable working full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm can be flexible.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $45,000–$58,000, plus commission.
- Top performers earn well over six figures, with leading consultants bringing in $150K+ annually.
