Hiring - Customer Service Manager - Seattle (South end)

Our manufacturer is looking for their next Customer Service Manager.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer experience; helping current and new customers fall in love with their brand.

You will lead and develop the customer support teams. Ensure all customer inquires is resolved in a timely manner, provide technical assistance and after sales services.

Details:

Fully in office (Renton, WA)

$75,000-$100,000 salary + full benefits and potential bonus

Requirements:

3+ Years of Experience as a Customer Service Manager (must have experience managing employees)

SAP knowledge and experience working with Amazon Sales Platforms/or Auto Quotes
