We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (Demand Creation)

We’re seeking an outgoing communicator and self-starter to join our employer clients dynamic team in Kent, WA (fully in office). About You:

1-3 years of experience with outbound sales (cold calling background is a must)

Bachelor’s degree

Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role

Thoughtful decision-maker with a hunger for success

What You’ll Do:

Engage with clients via calls and emails to drive business growth

Prepare and generate quotes to secure client orders

Research industry trends, analyze competitive pricing, and provide customer feedback to management

What They Offer:

Year 1: $60-$65K base + commission = $75-$85K OTE
