Hiring: Business Development Manager - Partnerships (Hybrid - Florida)

We are recruiting for one of our employer clients in Florida. They are a SaaS company and have won numerous awards.

They are looking for a results-driven BDM to lead growth efforts.

What they’re looking for:

2+ years in business development, SaaS sales, or a related role

Success in cold calling and lead generation (B2B preferred)

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Proficiency with tools like CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

Position Highlights:

Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office in St. Petersburg, FL

Occasional travel (up to 10%) for conferences/events

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary: $65K-$70K + 10-15% OTE
