Hiring a Healthcare Construction Superintendent | Based in Everett, WA (travel to job sites)

Our employer client is a rapidly growing general contractor specializing in commercial and residential construction. Despite being a young company—founded within the past year—they have already secured over $60 million in projects. This rapid growth has created an urgent need for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team.
Backed by a leadership team with decades of experience in insurance and healthcare, the company has established strong networks across Washington, New Mexico, Idaho, and Colorado, with plans for continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality standards.
Troubleshoot challenges, resolve delays, and maintain open communication with Project Managers.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily site logs.

Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
Expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation for quality control.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Xactimate, Sage CM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Washington for project oversight.
