Hiring - Customer Logistics and Back Office Specialist - Renton, WA
We are hiring for our manufacturing employer. They are looking for their next administrative professional to join their team.
Duties:
- Handle customer inquires efficiently and provide excellent customer service
- Help prepare invoice and purchase orders
- Complete reports on in stock and out of stick items to the sales team
- Update client report sheets
- Manage spare parts orders
- Verify customer payments and accounts
Requirements:
- Accounting/Economics Degree Preferred
- Strong understanding of order processing and account management
- Experience with invoicing
- Proficient with Excel (SAP is preferred)
Details:
- Fully in office (Renton, WA)
- $65,000-$75,000 base + bonus
