New Opportunity - Client Success Manager - Olathe, KS.

We're currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join a dynamic team with our client, a third-party logistics company dedicated to optimizing supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and conduct regular business reviews with assigned clients, utilizing both virtual and on-site formats.
- Evaluate client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement and complete client-specific improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership within client organizations, gaining insight into their structures and logistics processes.
- Provide support in managing the daily operations of the team.

Details:
- Hybrid/Remote - 3 days/week in office!
- up to $73,000 base salary + performance incentives

Requirements:

- 5 years’ experience in the logistics industry or related field.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or account management.
