The Role:
Compensation: $120K–$125K base + uncapped OTE of $178K
Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days in the Redmond office weekly.
Team Leadership: Manage and grow a team of 3-4 Account Managers.
Core Focus: Upselling, cross-selling, minimizing churn, and driving revenue growth.
Travel: ~25% (nationwide, once per month or quarterly).
