Our employer client provides an end-to-end cloud-based software and is the leading provider for the growing final mile delivery industry.
They are seeking a growth-minded Technical Customer Support Manager who is deeply passionate about customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of the Support processes end to end and introduce new ones where needed. You will lead and grow a support team & enable their success with a player-coach mentality. You and your team will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing excellent technical support from platform configuration changes to troubleshooting complex API issues.
This is your chance to BUILD something from the ground up! You will also work closely with the entire leadership team, the co-founder, the head of product, the CEO and CFO - and will have a loud voice in that room!
- $80K-$90K salary
- 100% remote
