Hiring: 2 Building Engineer Openings.

Our employer client is a non-profit commercial real estate firm that has been around for more than two decades. Most of their employees has been there for years and they are known for taking extremely good care of their people.

They are looking to hire 2 Building Engineers, see more information below:

Duties:
- Maintain and repair buildings within the companies portfolio (Seattle, WA)
- Roof maintenance, painting, plumbing, lighting systems etc.
- Utilize their YARDI work order system
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Building Engineer
- General mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Must posses a WA driver license and have a driving record in good standing (will be driving around from building to building)
- Must be okay working in Downtown Seattle!

Details:
$31-$39/hour + 100% employer paid benefits
