VP of Customer Success Opportunity - Hybrid - Florida (St. Petersburg)
One of our employer clients is hiring for a VP of Customer Success role! This company, recognized as a "Best Place to Work" in 2024 and a top startup in 2023, provides an all-in-one SaaS app for business owners that streamlines payment processing, online booking, invoicing, and appointment reminders.
They’re looking for a leader with:
Proven experience managing a customer success team of 20+ CSMs
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for scaling and growth
A successful track record in the SaaS industry

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
Bonus: 20-30% (Total OTE: $180,000 - $221,000)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office in St. Petersburg, FL)
